Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods or restocks, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Locations

JMNARTE currently ships to:

  • Canada (including the Greater Toronto Area and all provinces)
  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Nigeria: Lagos, Abuja 

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on destination and courier service:

  • GTA (Greater Toronto Area): 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Canada (outside GTA): 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Others: 10-15 business days

Orders within the GTA are typically delivered faster due to local courier routes, while orders outside the GTA or in the U.S. & UK may require additional transit time.

Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Free shipping for orders above $150 within Canada and the United States.

Customs & Duties (U.S. Orders)

For orders shipped to the United States, customers may be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their local authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by U.S. customs regulations.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

JMNARTE is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout. JMNARTE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
