At JMNARTE, each piece is carefully curated and sourced with intention. Due to the nature of our products and sourcing process, all sales are considered final.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing preferences.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure every order arrives in excellent condition. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, eligible cases may be resolved with a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
Resolution Process
All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. JMNARTE reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the information provided.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate. JMNARTE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept claims for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor variations in color or appearance due to lighting or screen display
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
